Returns

If you want to return an item purchased at TRAVANDO-wallets.com within 30 days, please follow the instructions below.

- Pack the unused items securely in their original packaging. Please include all documents, parts and all accessories.

- Please remove/cover all other stickers from the outside of the package before returning it.

- Hand over the package to the post office and keep all receipts in case the order is lost in transit.

- You bear the cost of returning the item. We recommend returning the order via local post with a standard service.

- If the package was returned with "payment by recipient", the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

- Once the item has been received, please allow 1-3 business days for processing within the warehouse. During this period, the return will be checked, scanned and processed. Please also note that it is at your bank's discretion how long it takes for the refund to be credited to your account.
