Shipping Conditions

As a standard, shipping of goods is only possible to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS or by freight forwarding. You can find the applicable shipping costs in the table below.

Should you wish to ship to another country, please email us before placing an order (insert email address) and provide us with the item, quantity, delivery address including country and corresponding postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether we can ship to the desired country and – should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible – inform you of the shipping costs, as we need to inquire about shipping possibilities and costs with our shipping partner in advance.

Currently, due to a warehouse relocation, there may be delivery delays of up to 1 week. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Should the package not be deliverable to the provided address, return and shipping costs will be charged for re-delivery or deducted from the refund amount upon reimbursement.

Special features for shipping to non-EU countries:

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties).
