The availability of an item is clearly indicated on the product information page as In Stock, Backorder, or Pre-order. Most items on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Some items are temporarily out of stock.
If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs, processing fees, gift wrapping surcharges, and other additional costs).
The item must be returned unused and (if possible) in its original packaging. Additionally, all documents, parts, and accessories must be included to enable a full refund.
If you would like to return an item purchased from TRAVANDO-wallets.com within 14 days, please follow the instructions below.
- Securely package the unused items in their original packaging. Please include all documentation, parts, and all accessories.
- Before shipping the return, please remove/cover any other labels from the outside of the package.
- Hand the package over to the post office and keep all receipts in case the order is lost in transit.
- You bear the cost of returning the item. We recommend returning the order via your local post office using a standard service.
- If the package was returned with "payment by recipient," the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Once the item has been received, please allow 1-3 business days for processing within the warehouse. During this period, the return will be checked, scanned, and processed. Please also note that it is at your bank's discretion how long it takes for the refund to appear in your account.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to exchange items. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return the received item according to the instructions on the accompanying documents and reorder the item on www.TRAVANDO-wallets.com. Please note: www.TRAVANDO-wallets.com is not responsible for shipping costs, handling fees, gift wrapping, or other additional services for returned items.
The availability of the item is displayed. Here you can find out when the item will be shipped from our warehouse. Once the item has been shipped, the time it takes for the item to reach you depends on the chosen delivery method. (If it takes 1-2 full business days for the items to leave the warehouse and you choose "overnight" shipping, the order may arrive in 2-3 business days).
Items are only shipped on regular business days, i.e. Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany. If you receive an email stating that the items have been shipped on a weekend or public holiday, they will actually only be shipped on the next business day. Please note that it takes at least 1 to 2 days for items to leave our warehouse and for the shipping process to begin.
If we have sent you an incorrect item from TRAVANDO-wallets.com, please contact our customer service immediately. It is very important that you contact us before returning the item so that we can assist you with postage. If you do not contact us, you will be responsible for the return postage.

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned immediately and are usually displayed directly with the order confirmation. However, it can take up to 48 hours for the delivery service to register the package in their system. This means that the package is already on its way to you, but there will be no new status updates for up to 48 hours.
